Apress Inc. – Broken Support

I contacted Apress several months ago about their broken support section (I wanted to download the source code of one of the books that we purchased). Their reply was “sorry, it’s broken, try again later.” I asked for them to fetch me the source package manually, but got the same reply.

Now I checked again, and the support section is still broken.

In light of this their slogan “Books for Professionals by Professionals” seems like a slap in the face of their customers.
